Hi Guys!! I'm Lucille Hernandez, Founder and Owner of Vaillette Advertising Solutions!

Here's my journey so far...

I was born and raised in Massachusetts. Not quite a city girl, not quite a country gal. My fiance and I have three children, an insane mixed lab that we rescued, and our parents live with us. With frequent visits from my sister and her family, it's fair to say that we have a crazy household (but soooo full of love!!!)

Oh yeah, my last name is now Hernandez, but I was born a Vaillette. I do, however, now speak a bit of spanish! (Si, puedo poco!) Because of this, I've had a lot of luck working in some tough industries, and been able to focus on communication with my teams and customers. My fiance and step sons help me learn more every day!!

What am I doing here, you might ask yourself. Well, I decided to take my life back into my own hands, and to create my future the way I want it to go. After working for 17+ years of managing convenience stores, warehouses, and category managing, I was constantly stressed out, never had time with my family, and I was close to burning out. I knew that my family was my #1, and working my way up the corporate ladder would have given me a hard choice. Keep moving up, working more, and being at home less, or take a chance on me. I decided to take a chance on me.

I am still able to work all the crazy hours I can (I enjoy work, what can I say!?!), while being present for our children and parents. I made the choice to be able to put my years of management and marketing experience into my own business. Our goal is to reach your businesses goal.
